Mark an order as in handoff

Signals that the order for the given source is packed and waiting at the handoff point for the courier or customer to collect it. In Order Manager, the order leaves the active orders list and appears under completed orders. This endpoint does not mark the order as prepared. Call mark an order as ready to pickup first, and wait for its response before calling this endpoint. The order is not marked as handed off or fulfilled, and no handed-off notification is sent. Call mark an order as fulfilled once the order has been collected. Calling this endpoint again for an order that is already in handoff has no effect. Returns 202 Accepted.
