Fetch Credentials (synchronously)

The Account Pairing API is deprecated and may be removed in a future release. Contact your Otter representative for migration options.
Synchronously returns the last version of the credentials schema needed to create and validate a store in your app. If the request contains the Store ID, it also returns the saved store credentials corresponding to the provided Store ID.
